MyHammer provides various safety options to job posters and traders. With the selection of one or more of these options, users can minimize risk during job awarding, execution, rating and payment.

Before awarding the job:

Requirements in order to quote on a job.

For example:

• Qualification: Here the minimum qualifications for a tradesman or service provider to quote on a job that can be specified. For example, only Master Craftsmen.
• Rating criteria: Here you can specify the maximum percent of negative ratings that a user can have and still be able to quote on your job.

Ratings profile for job poster and trader, Forum.

• Job Poster: There is a ratings profile for every MyHammer on MyHammer. Simply click on the respective name of the Job Poster in the job details and take a look at how Tradesmen have rated the Job Poster based on previous jobs.
• Tradesmen: There is also a ratings profile for Tradesmen and service providers registered as MyHammer customers This includes the business name, qualifications etc.
• Forum: For an active job the forum functions as a communication platform between the Job Poster and interested Tradesmen. The forum entries are visible to all customers of MyHammer. Should the Job Poster wish to add additional information in the forum, such as colour, materials, etc., an input field can be created with the "Submit comment" button. The Tradesmen will be informed and will be requested to reply within the forum.
