Need following done to 2 storey flat (5th & 6th floors): Kitchen fitted (approx. 3.5m x 2.5m): Floor tiles and carcass (not surface). 3 Bathrooms fitted (approx. 2.5m x 2.0m each): Floor tiles, wall tiles for each. Basin, toilet for each. 1 Shower. 1 Bath. 1 stud wall knocking down (approx. 1.0m wide). Wooden floor laid (approx. 100.0sq m). Loft ladder fitted. Spiral staircase: Metal banister removed + wooden steps stripped. Additionally, some rewiring, painting and light-fitting needed. All non-trade materials will be supplied. We'd advise arranging a time to visit the property and discuss our full requirements in order to allow you to quote accurately. Must be available to start work promptly 10th March.
