Maidstone: Replace plasterboard wall in tiny bathroom, bathroom will be empty of units when work is done (ended)

I require someone to build a partition wall in my loft conversion room to spilt the one large room into 2 rooms. The new wall also needs to be skimmed/plastered (both sides) and fitted with a standard sized door way (no door required at this point) and skirting boards to match the room. The new room needs to also have a new light fitted and a switch. The old room has 2 light fixtures which could be reused and I will also require this to be remounted to the centre of each room. Dimensions of room: 378cm across (dim includes size of new wall and doorway). Height: 251cm Materials will need to be provided by builder and total included on quote. I am pretty flexible on start time of work. But req quote asap. I have left the budget set at £1000.00 (but no way this work will be anywhere close to that) so I expect realistic quotes. I have another builder quoting me on the works in the next week. Job will be given to lowest amount. I do also req other works in the near future including an extension and laying hardwood flooring and will be discussed with winning bidder.
