leicester: install electric shower (ended)

I am fairly short, hate ladders and live alone, I know this is daft but I need someone to replace some of the burnt out light bulbs I have. I can provide use of step ladders which should be fine and of course the bulbs, just need someone who doesnt shreak about going up them! Also need the battery on the smoke alarm changing as it keeps beeping at me! All in all wont take more than 20 mins! Ideally evening or weekend as I live alone and work during the day.

Fuse box needs replacing with circuit breakers and full re-wire is needed putting in two extractor fans in addition to what we have. The house is empty, has three bedrooms with an additional box room, two reception rooms, kitchen and bathroom. We will provide all the switches and sockets that we need and re-plaster afterwards. We would like the job doing as soon as possible please!

Require electrician to fit new plug socket/light fitting and repl existing light fitting/switches/sockets with new. Bedroom 1: 1. move light switch from one side of door to other as will be having door rehung. 2. Repl 2 x existing plug sockets with new. 3. Repl 1 x existing light fitting with new. 4. Install 1 x double plug socket Bedroom 2: 1. Install new light switch. Has been wired to other side of door already but is currently just hanging free so need to be placed in wall. Hall: 1. Repl 1 x existing light fitting with new. 2. Repl 2 x existing 2 way light switch. 3. Remove existing light fitting and install new further along ceiling. I will supply all fittings, wire and other materials to be supplied.
