Small garden approx 4x8m needs a day's tlc after 2yrs being fairly neglected (tenants were not gardeners :). Mainly needs:
Wisteria clipping ready for spring
3-4 rose bushes pruning
pampas grass cutting back
weeding flower beds & trimming laurel bush & cyanathus in hedge.
I used to do it myself but cannot as 7 months pregnant & living away. Preparing flat to sell... :(

The back garden was seriously overgrown. I've cut down to a manageable length since. It now needs weeding and clearing so that I can throw lawn seeds over it.
There are alot of vines which will need removing.
The garden is small: about 10 metres wide and 10 metres deep.

The job that needs to be done is to weed the pavement and the flower bed and well as the garden. Then a general grass cutting of the green area available plus some general maintenance work so the garden can be kept easily after that.
The tools would have to be provided by the gardener.
