Sunderland: Concrete Pour (ended)

This is for a large retail store, maintenance works are a regular occurrence, we need a regular person! EXTERIOR: x4 post need to be inserted into an embankment which is part concrete part grass - any time. Post ONLY will be provided. x2 holes need filling in car park x1 approx 30cm x 30cm other 20cm x20cm. x2 areas need knocking out (currently been filled in with concrete) to be tarmac over, both about 30cm x30cm. Job needs to be done before 9am or after 8pm. Due to customer traffic. x1 pot hole needs filling - concrete any time after 3pm on a set day, due to it being a goods inwards area, surrounds a gutter in floor approx 40cm x40cm. x1 manhole needs to be covered - any time. Levelling of floor approx 60cm x2cm. To be done before 9am or after 8pm. INTERIOR: Suspended ceiling needs new metal bar/support to hold approx 6 ceiling tiles. Any time. x1 pothole in store to be filled with concrete approx 20cm x15cm. Any time.

pebbledash needs to be removed and walls need to be rendered again using plasticiser. NEED waterproofing. Also not exactly sure however they may some bricks need replacing because the mortar is coming away. The house is a semi detached house and there is a newly built extension. Therefore this part of the house does not need to be done. All in all there is 1200ft^2 of area, however this includes the window and door space. Approximately the window and door space equals to about 100ft^2. Also metal strips have to be placed around the window and door to stop the water entering the house. Pricing with and without material please.

Need flag stones placing on a currently turfed area. The flag stones are to extend an already existing small patio in the back garden of my house. The area is 2.55 metres by 2.7 metres - just less than 7 square metres. I would be supplying the flags. Some flags may need to be cut to fit around 2 small drains and a gas meter box. The new flags would need to be level to the existing patio. I have no time-line yet as still trying to get hold of the flags to match the current ones. Once we have those then it would be ASAP. We are currently actively trying to find the flags.
