I have got a tap outside my house where hot water is coming through instead of cold water . We just moved into this property and we really don’t how long it’s been like this . Repaint woodwork and stucco facing/beams on front of house. Woodwork is painted in brown microporous paint (Sadolin or similar). House is detached 4 bed with front bay window, front door and surround, 3 panel upstairs window and three single pane upstairs windows. Double garage with metal brown painted doors and wood surrounds. To rear there is Back door, patio door surround, two downstairs and three upstairs windows. Small bathroom window to side.Also Facia board also in Sadolin or similar. Front of house upper floor has part white stucco type finish with beams (mock tudor style). All paint will be supplied by householder. House was last painted approx 3 years ago and is approx 13 years old.
