currently we have a back boiler in an old chimney breast in the living room, attached to the front of this is an archaic 1970's gas fire. We would like to have the boiler and fire place removed and a combi boiler installed into the loft, attached to the existing radiators and fitted to the existing flu system.

1) If necessary remove tall kitchen cupboard surrounding existing boiler.
2) Remove existing 25 yr old Vaillant VCW-sine combi boiler and flue. (Flue is balanced flue which goes horizontally directly through outside wall.)
3) Power flush radiators and pipes (12 radiators).
4) Supply and fit new Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 837 boiler and flue in the same place using existing timer and thermostat etc., extending the pipework to accommodate smaller size of boiler.
5) Fit new flue and make good (i.e. brickwork as required)
6) Test and commission new boiler.
7) Replace and make good surrounding kitchen cupboard if necessary
