Remove H&C pipes and sink waste pipe from a sink that is no longer required

An upstairs bedroom adjacent to the bathroom has a functioning sink with hot & cold water and waste pipe.The room is no longer to be used as a kitchen and the additional plumbing needs to be removed before the sale of the house. Access may be somewhat awkward as the pipes feed through from the bathroom under/behind the bath which must remain intact. Due to the sale of the house, the work cannot be started until exchange of contracts (as it will still be required if the sale falls through) but then must be completed between exchange and completion. Although firm dates have not yet been set I am hoping that the work could be carried out sometime between the 13th and 18th of February
