We wish to replace the old combiboiler in a small terraced house, with a modern combi boiler suitable for running the shower, a tap and heating simultaneously. This boiler will ideally be located in the kitchen, moved from the fireplace. The entire heating system needs replacing, (3 radiators downstairs, 4 upstairs) ideally with a 3 zone system (upstairs, downstairs, bathroom) with independent thermostats and timers. The house has a concrete floor downstairs, and the current heating system (all pipes need replacing) runs within the void between the ceiling and first floor. The bathroom also needs replacing, with a new toilet, basin + mixer tap, bath with tap, shower above bath with own mixer tap. The bathroom also needs an extractor fan fitting.
