1st Annual service for Worcester Bosch 24i needed to keep warranty in place (and renew of landlords certificate).
Also, thermo mixer shower sometimes stops mid flow, and you have to turn on the basin taps to get it going again. Not sure if this will be fixed with boiler service or if its a seperate issue.
