STRIP OUT • Remove existing carpet to living and hall floors and vinyl to kitchen floor • Remove existing kitchen joinery ( including kitchen sink and cooker) • Remove existing plasterboard walls to kitchen and living ( possibly include a load bearing wall) to create an open plan • Remove tiles to kitchen wall • Remove radiator to living and kitchen • Remove existing doors to kitchen and living Refurbishment work • Re-plaster/insulate solid wall surface to kitchen and living • Provide connection to gas & water to new cooker and kitchen sink position • Provide new walls to kitchen and living as indicated in drawings • Relocate radiators to kitchen and living • Provide architrave to new opening to living, architrave to match the existing • Laying tongue & groove timber flooring ( to be provided by the owner) Drawings available upon request.
