2 jobs - one replacement of upstairs toilet, and one fixing of downstairs toilet.
Upstairs toilet is old and loud and doesn't flush properly so straight replacement required.
Downstairs toilet is only 2 years old but following flushing, the sistern doesn't fill up again, and i think the ball cock is getting stuck. I've had a plumber out twice to look at this, and it's fixed for a few weeks or months and then plays up again, so wondering whether it's going to be more economical to just replace this too?
