2 Stages: Remove Radiators so walls can be taken down then re-attach at later date

These works form part of a bigger refurbishment so probably require 2 seperate 'stages'. Stage 1: Preparation - Prefered date is Mon 17th Oct 3 x radiators and cut associated pipes back (50cm - 200cm from current lengths. 1 x Kitchen Sink plumbing and move to new position 2m on adjacent wall - units will have been removed. 1 x Washing machine point to be moved to new location <2m on adjacent wall. 1 x dishwasher point to be installed adjacent to sink. 1 x 60's gas fireplace to be removed. Stage 2: Refit - Likely date is 21st Oct 4 x radiators. Will need to put in pipework. New positions all within 2m of current positions / pipe 'rings'. Must be qualified plumber & gas safe registered - certification & ID to be provided please.
