2 Storey 10ft square extension

From planning to completion inc plastering and electrics/ heating we are looking for a 2 storey 10ft square extension onto the back of our house to create a new bedroom upstairs and lounge space down stairs. We would like it to have a window and door downstairs into the garden. We will be hoping for it to be done sometime this year although we have not yet looked into planning permision, look forward to reciving quotes, Thank you
