2 storey extension

We are in the process of buying a house that we would like to extend. House is a 3 bed semi with land to side and rear. We would want a two storey extension created to the side of the house to put in a new large dining room with french doors to garden and front facing window (UPVC); and a large bedroom/ 2 small bedrooms upstairs with windows facing front and rear. Pitched Roof. Need to knock through living room to create a door and upstairs bedroom to create a new corridor. May also need to move airing cupboard. Quote to include groundwork, building, materials, exterior doors and windows, electricity, radiators, and roof. Extension at most 4metres by 8.5metres, possibly smaller on final plans. Location of property in Hampshire.
