2 x Bathroom fans

I need 2 Bathroom fans fitted, one 100mm fan in the wall going straight out a tiled/solid brick wall, and a second 100mm fan to be fitted in the en-suite bathroom but going out of the celling in the loft then out the soffit(horizonal) in the roof. The en-suit fan needs to be in the celling to be a above the shower. Moisture is damaging the celling, as the other fan is in the wrong place and not removing enough moisure for the size of the room.
