2 x jobs need doing in Pudsey, boiler & light...need general handyman!

Hi My usual handman has gone away for 6 months : ( I own 4 x properties in West Yorkshire and always have bits and bats need doing, so looking to get another experienced trademan on board. One of the properties is in Pudsey, and they have the following small problems; - Boiler not getting enough pressure to shower, probably just needs re-pressurising but just needs checking - The light in the bathroom isn't working, they have replaced the bulb but still not working So, can someone help? Like I say I am looking for someone who wants to work with someone long term, I will always settle bills immediately and can be reached anytime on my phone. This needs doing ideally tomorrow!
