Newly built (12 months old) 3 storey town house. Painting through out to include stair bannisters, doors and skirting boards. Some rooms will need only 1 or 2 walls repainting, some all - mainly to re-fresh and cover up marks after 12 months wear and tear (and cheap developers initial paint work).
