40 sqm internal and external slate floor tiling

tiling to new back extension, clean area. all same slate tiles, approx 12-15mm thick tiles. all tiles 600 x 400 size. we would like a tiler to tile the floor to kitchen and utility area - this is approx 22 square metres in total. tiles will have to be cut around kitchen 'island' area. also to tile externally - approx 18 sq metres. this section has to be laid to falls so therefore tiles need to be cut to the falls. all the tiles to be sealed before and after grouting. can supply tiles and all other materials required for job. price for labour only. contractor to provide all tools required for job.
