A bathroom moving from doownstairs to upstairs

We currently live in a terraced property and would like the bathroom moving from downstairs to upstairs. The down pipe is in the room we want to move the bathroom to and it will be moving to the room directly up from where it is now. the boiler is in the next room and we would like the pipes to go through the attic space, although they could go under the floor boards if it is easier. We would want plumbing for a large walk in power shower, toilet and sink. I have no idea about budget as this is the first enquiry I have made
