A days' worth of oddjobs in Bermondsey/Rotherhithe

We need about a day's worth of oddjobs doing around the flat, which we want to rent out. We need three windows sanded and painted, a tap fitted, two blinds fitted and maybe a lick of paint on the walls if there's time. We need this done asap, preferably this weekend or next week.
