Activate telephone line (Fulham, London)

I would like a telephone socket in the back room of my flat to be activated to provide wireless broadband access. Currently, the socket in the front room is activated, and as far as I am aware, all the other sockets in the house are dead. I would need the work to be done in the evening (after 6pm) or weekend.
