ACTIVE KRK SUBWOOFER REPAIR

I have a KRK S12 subwoofer with a loose connection, it plays fine at low levels and will go loud for an undefined amount of time, eventually it will start making a flapping noise, i mess around with the xlr's at the back or sometimes the power lead and it will go back to normal. Basically the louder it goes the more likely it will distort.
