Appears to be damp coming through exterior wall into bedroom
I rent out a 1935 2-bed semi. My tenants have reported that there appears to be damp coming through from the outside into one of the bedrooms. Paint is blistering. This has not been a problem before, in the five years I have owned the house.
I'd like someone to look at the issue and advise on how it can be resolved, or tell me if it is not worth fixing and will just paint over next time the room is decorated.
