Architect: Draw plans for a new build

I need an architect. I would like to apply for planning permission to build a compact 3 bedroom property, using the ICF method, on the distant part of my garden; and so need an architect to create the designs. We are not applying for a seperate address for the new build, but intend to use it as an additional space on the propertys' land. The area to be built on is 21ft x 19ft. We also own the nighbouring property and would like to do the same with that also; and so both planning applications will be put forward together. We woul like the architect to help with the planning application also by adjusting the plans according to the local council demands and requirements. I look forward to the best quotes.
