Aberdeen: barn conversion (ended)

Looking for a quote to use in a college assignment for the conversion of a barn to a six stall stable and a separate conversion of a barn to business offices with a tack room, hay loft and food store, as well as a possible indoor practice arena. Stalls need to be 8meters by 8meters and the practice area should be roughly 15meters by 8meters. This is a theoretical facility but needs to be as realistic as possible. The entire site is 20 acres and has three barns available for conversion. All Barns are 20meters by 20meters. In order for myself to get the most out of my assignment I would like the 'build' to be finished by the end of May.
