Bathroom and tiling kitchen

I have had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted, however there have been a few snag jobs left. The extractor fan in the shower is fitted but not got the piping and roof tile and vent attached, I do have all the requirements but can't fit it. I also want the radiator hooking up as its fitted but doesn't work I need the toilet screwing to the floor as it's only screwed to the back wall and has slight movement I need some silicone filler around the edge of the floor and bath tiles In the kitchen I have had the floor fully tiled however have changed my mind on the colour and so have purchsed new tiles to be fitted over the top. The lights on the bathroom cabinet don't work and so that might be a job to do also if you can get to the wires behind it as it's all been tiled. The jobs are only really small and the kitchen floor is tiny so shold only take about a day or two.
