Bathroom fitter/tiler

-It is a newly fitted bathroom, however the quadrant shower drain is not draining properly and we have been told the shower base needs to be raised to allow the pipe to be at a steeper angle. - Tile the bathroom floor - aprox total of 4 metres. Currently floorboards. Ceramic tiles already purchased. - 1 layer of tiles around edge of bath. not urgent but do want doing as soon as possible. Thanks
