I am investing in my property in Gateshead by installing a new bathroom and kitchen. The old bathroom is small and part of an extension in an first floor flat within a terrace. The old bathroom needs complete removal, including wall tiles and flooring. There is a large hole in the plasterboard wall that would need repairing before new layers could be added - afterwards, the new bathroom needs installation, including new tiled floor, cistern, basin, shower and plastering the walls. All materials for the install will be provided.
