Bathroom made watertight in Manchester

Flooring has gone soft under the bath and needs replacing in several places. Some water going through to bathroom in downstairs flat. Leak needs finding and repairing. All around the bath needs to be made watertight - re-sealed, and some re-grouting. Splash-back tiles above the sink need to be regrouted, and we need to know that the flooring around the sink is also stable. Whole bathroom measures approx 4m squared.
