Bathroom repairs.

Reposting job - was called away over Christmas; definite overflow problem and still minor leaks as listed below. sorry for delay in awarding - have had bad experience in past and still a tad nervous! * one minor leak in "in pipe" to toilet; * one minor leak in "out pipe" from toilet; * overflow problem, maybe cistern/ ballcock needs attention? * seized hot tap at sink - might replace both taps? You need to know - I am deaf, I don't "do" 'phones for talking. I can text, I can e-mail. i am also arthritic, so cannot grip and therefore these jobs can't be done by me. I have a full time job and a demanding schedule, so if you are unable to give a specific time frame, I am not available to wait in all day. Sorry if that sounds "snotty" but I'm being honest and up front! Considering replacing bath taps and kitchen taps too? if you prove reliable and good, i will happily recommend you to a large group of contacts with similar disabilities. Haven't a clue about possible cost, but although disabled NOT stupid! :-)
