it is a 50's post council house, we would like to refit two small bathrooms, put reclaimed wood floors, remove one small wall, change 2 windows in front, build a wooden veranda in front of the house, redo the front garden wall & fit some storage/shed there. Haven't had any quotes yet, so don't know how much it might all come to; looking for up to 5 quotes and an estimation of time required to complete the works. Work to be done Feb-March 2012.
