Bespoke narrow TV unit / radiator cover

I am looking for a carpenter / joiner willing to undertake this job in my flat in Kennington, London. I've designed a bespoke unit for a plasma TV with a radiator underneath that all needs to be encased in one unit. It is quite a simple unit of MDF construction. I would like the unit to be in a satin lacquer finish. The size of the unit is 2950mm high x 1330mm wide x 240mm deep. The successful tradesman will have to supply and install the unit for me, but it should be fixed in a way that can easily be undone as it is a rented property. There is no rush on the job. If it can be done before Christmas - great! But otherwise early in the new year would be fine too.
