big jobs needed doing in house ie rewire, new bathroom and kitchen plus more

i can get the kitchen and bathroom delivered by rapid i just need it fitting. i need the manhole getting fixed and if possible the back yard being ripped up and concreted again. the house could do with a rewire it hasnt been done in 25 years and the plasterboard in bathroom needs replacing as it molding. the bathroom will need an extractor fan as it has never had one in. the gutters at the front and back of house are broken and need replacing. it is in seaforth in liverpool, i am looking to get it all done after christmas and if you want you can come and see the house as there maybe more jobs that i havnt put on.
