Board out loft and enlarge loft hatch

Fit floor boards (5mm mdf or ply) to loft of area 22m2. Create new loft hatch 3ft x 2.5ft, with hinged door and clasp. Trim ceiling joists as appropriate. House is terraced 2up 2 down 100 years old. Currently has very small loft access. Please quote for fit and supply and fit. Would also like loft ladder fitted, please supply seperate price for supplya nd fit loft ladder.
