1. Copper OVERFLOW pipe to be extended and modified to a U bend to allow hot water to exit against outside wall.
2. Existing plastic OUTLET pipe to be removed and replaced with a wider diameter pipe to be connected to an external drain pipe. The installation must allow for the water to flow freely to the external pipe to prevent freezing during the winter season.
