Need the pipes in the attached boxed in - I will tile/make neat myself (or I will paint white if not possible0. Will want plug socket maintained (I imagine on the exterior of the box or shifted).
I live across the road from a lumber yard with any type of wood you could imagine as well as electrical plates, etc. B&Q is 5 minute drive away.
