Brick up side door, move stack pipe, brick up hatch

In order to improve the available space for a new kitchen, I would like the following work to be done. 1. I have a side door from the kitchen to outside that I never use as I either use the rear patio doors or the front door. The door aperture I would want bricking up is 1160mm x 2100mm as it has a side window panel. The brick work should be keyed into the other brickwork and the soldiers above the architrave removed. 2. In the kitchen there is a stack pipe from the bathroom upstairs that goes through the kitchen to the drain outside the kitchen. It makes the design of the kitchen awkward, and so would like it to be sited outside. 3. There is an internal hatch from the kitchen to the lounge, 800mm x 500mm, which I would want removed so units can be placed there. Ideally, the outside work would be done before winter sets in.
