Hello !
The window in my kicthen (read of my house) is leaking water rather badly. Had a window guy out who has confirmed its the brickwork above the window that seems to be the problem. The cement work is cracked and he says it will ne re-pointing.
Ill upload some pictures of brickwork as soon as it stops raining.
