Bristan thermo shower not hot anymore
The combi boiler heating system produces scalding water at the hot tap, and the central heating works fine. Over time the mixer thermostatically controlled Bristan shower is getting colder. The shower type is a single porcelain lever type rotating handle for on / off and a central "tap" style temperature adjuster. I think it is from Bristan's "Colonial" range from about 10 years ago (where the tap handles look like 1920s, rounded ends, and all is chromed). From careful googling it may be the thermostat in the shower, but I need expert assessment please.
