The pipe that runs from the bathroom (bath, sink and toilet) down to the main system runs down the front of our house. Where the pipe meets the ground there is a concrete cover that has crumbled exposing the inside. There is a small gap where two pipes join and because this is exposed, water sometimes escapes and spills onto the path outside our front door. There is no smell and it's only water that escapes.
As a temporary fix I have stuck some slates into the exposed area to limit how much water is spilled onto our path, but these can be easily be removed. See the pics for more details.
We would like someone to fix and re-seal this for us.
