BT Master socket to computer room wiring required (new socket)

I have a BT master socket in the living room. It feeds the telephone and the computer (Post Office Broadband). I would like at least one more socket downstairs (dining room --- for phone and computer, and possibly also for the kitchen). Maybe even one upstairs --- unless it costs too much. There is already an unused, dead telephone socket upstairs which does not receive anything but looks fairly recent. So three quotes: one new socket downstairs two new sockets downstairs two new sockets downstairs and one activated upstairs
