Build a fence, hang gates, fit plywood cladding to external walls & underneath eaves

Hi We need several external jobs done to a timber house as soon as possible. JOB 1: Build a fence approx 2500mm wide x 2000mm high & hang 2 gates. Painted gates are supplied. Paint fence & posts black. One gate must be openable both directions. Both gates must be lockable. JOB 2: Fix black painted sections of 6mm plywood tight to underneath eaves to front & side of house. Fixing must be discreet if not invisible. JOB 3: Replace 2 damaged timbers to porch balcony & paint black. Timber 1 = 2000mm wide x 300mm high x 20mm deep. Timber 2 = 1000mm wide x 300mm high x 20mm deep. JOB 4: Infill a timber 1000mm x 200mm high at side of house at front door & paint black. JOB 5: Infill 8 No. x 12mm thick x 2400mm high x 650mm wide plywood cladding panels to external face of house. Paint brown to match existing cladding panels. These are to the side of the house & at the rear around the rear patio door. JOB 6: Fit 4 No. timber decking boards approx 1000mm wide x 140mm deep x 20mm high to concrete on entrance path. Decking boards are supplied. JOB 7: Fit a timber handrail approx 6000mm long x 200mm deep x 50mm high to balcony. Paint black. JOB 8: Fix a black painted timber approx 1000mm wide x 200mm high x 50mm deep to front of house to infill gap. JOB 9: Paint external face of 2 No. windows black. Windows are at front of house & are both approx 1500mm wide x 1500mm high. One window is aluminium & one is timber. Infill a small piece of black painted timber to side of one window to close gap.
