We need an en-suit built in a large bedroom which currenlty does not have one. Work will include:- errection of stud walls bringing water to the room arranging waste to leave and be connected to external sewer installation of 10KW electric shower, back to wall toilet and wall mounted sink tiling walls and installation of flooring installation of extractor fan moving of electrical sockets and existing light switch in bedroom making good to decorating standard installing macerator Installing heated towel rail
