Build internal wardrobes

I would like some internal wardrobes built in my bedroom. It would be roughly 133" across the bottom of the room, usual depth and I dont really mind how high - if it is cheaper to go to the ceiling so be it but if its cheaper not to then so be that too!!! I would like doors on the front - not sliding? Not sure if there's more info needed? I have priced a finished wardrobe from Ikea and will purchase that if cheaper than quote received. Attached pic is what i'd be happy to have with ordinary doors on the front.
