Build new small bathroom in conservatory

Hi I have a conservatory at the back of my house. It is brick and glass.I would like a small toilet room (small toilet and sink only) to be constructed in one part of the conservatory. In the corner I want this toilet to be constructed, there are already 2 windows and there is easy access to water and the drainage. So the work would include build 2 walls to make up the room. Add light. Installtoilet and sink and plumbing. Add light switch. Plaster inside and out. etc I want to know if this is possible.
