We require a builder to dig foundations for a patio to the rear of the property. Approx 5ft of the 9 ft patio in width has been dug up already. Once the patio has been built you will need to lay slabs on top and build and a small dividing wall between the lawn area and the patio/seating area together with approx 3 steps as the lawn area is elevated in comparison to the rest of the garden.
