Builder needed to gut and replace kitchen

I'm looking to replace the kitchen in my 1930's semi. The plaster work is in a state so I believe it will be esier to gut the room and replace it. Also the original door between the hall and the kitchen was blocked up with plaster board, I'd like to re-open this door way. An arch way between the kitchen and dinning room was opened up and I'd like this blocking back up. The kitchen was originally a kitchen with an outside toilet and coal house extension that were merged in to one room, so I'd like to turn the extension part in to a laundry room with a partition wall and bi-folding door. The original back door has been blocked up and I'd like this putting back (yes I know who ever had the house before really messed it up lol) Some plumbing work to be done in the kitchen, as that is where the boiler is, for new sink, washer/dish washer etc and new radiators (no existing radiator in kitchen). Also looking to replace 3 other radiators in house at the same time whilst the system is empty. There will also need electrical work carrying out to add more plug sockets in kitchen and move light switches in the kitchen to where the new door ways will be. Would also like to add some additional plug sockets and spot lights in the dinning room and living room. Fitting of new units/cupboards/work tops and sinks Dimensions: Kitchen including extension in 16 feet long by 6 feet wide by 8 feet. When: I'm looking to get the work started in the next couple of month or so.
