Builder / plumber needed to replace kitchen sink unit and re-tile sink area
The job will involve
- Removal (and disposal) of a sink base unit, worktop and metal sink and current tiling (area dimensions, roughly 90cm height, 122cm width and 68 depth.)
- A certain amount of replastering and ‘making good’ of the exterior wall as is has been subject to some water damage.
- Construction of new base unit, plumbing in taps to the wall (groove to be created) and butler sink, and the fitting of work surface.
- Retiling around sink area and general sealing / finishing.
Base unit, butler sink, taps and work surface all to be supplied.
A site visit is recommended for serious quoters. Ideally work to be completed before Christmas.
